What's the short story?
I collect, store, and process your personal data in order to communicate with you in a normal way so that I can provide you with the service you are inquiring about or have purchased. I do not sell your personal data, or do anything unreasonable with it. I’m a normal person who hates robo-calls and spam, just like you.

I collect data in order to communicate with you for several reasons including gathering details about your event, sending documents, arranging payment for services, delivering final films etc. I use cookies to monitor traffic to the site and help improve my website and service.

Almost all of the data collected is submitted by you, e.g by filling out a form online, giving information over the phone, or via e-mail. The rest is collected automatically in the form of basic web browsing cookies which are placed on your device by a web server when you visit a site. How long is this data being retained?
Most collected data is retained indefinitely. This is to allow me to provide a better service to you in the event that you contact me again in the future. I am legally obliged to store some data for a minimum amount of time, for example payment records.
